Practice Random acts of Kindness whenever possible, especially when someone really needs it. Do this because you can, without the thought of what you might gain in return. By giving unconditionally when the need arises you automatically gain everything. "When you give, you begin to live" , All things are ruled by cause and effect. To what degree is decided by our actions. Let love be the guide. Let Truth light the Darkness. For one can not exist without the other. Thus all things are ONE. and there is only ONE way to BE.
